EXODUS MANDATE-WV
CERT
Christian Education Renewal Team
POTENTIAL NAME CHANGE:
Exodus TEAM
(Telling Everyone About the Exodus)
Overview of CERT - This will be the basic grassroots element/team to implement the vision of Exodus Mandate. Its primary mission will be to brief, inform, train, and assist pastors, church boards, denominational and ministry leaders to carry out the vision of Exodus Mandate at the local, community, church level. An additional mission will be to brief, inform, train, and assist the general at-large Christian community to carry out the vision of Exodus Mandate. One way to do this is to show the video IndoctriNation in churches, Sunday school classes, bible study groups, local Christian cable TV or local access channel. Also distribute
the book that accompanies IndoctriNation to the same group.
I (Karl Priest) make an appearance in the movie and would be happy to screen my part or the entire movie for you.
Basic Message of CERT - The CERT will: provide basic information on the harm of government-sponsored education at the K-12 level and on Goals 2000; explain Biblical/Theological basis of Christian Education, and various Christian Education options; communicate how to execute the Christian Education plan; refer to appropriate local or state Christian School or home school associations to be made as needed; and pray for churches and families in your community.
Structure of CERT - A CERT will consist of three to seven members to work with pastors and churches in the local city or community. Ideally it should consist of one educator, one pastor, one attorney, and various home-school and Christian school personnel. CERT is an activist team, not a committee or study group. It should also include one prayer coordinator.
Becoming a CERT - To become a CERT, you can spontaneously organize in your community as an orthodox evangelical Christian group, preferably interdenominational. Once you become operational, contact us with your plan, plus names and addresses. Exodus Mandate will then validate your group as part of the Project after a brief examination.
